These three points couldn’t be more correct, Apartment investing is the best way to start before you start investing in real estate. Sure, you might make a few bucks at the start, but wouldn’t you like to be able to know what to do if something goes wrong? Or better, be able to forecast when something MIGHT go wrong and be able to fix it before it does? Good article!

Under Oregon State Real Estate Laws, isn’t a landlord required to notify their tenants if they put the rental property up for sale? I know that they have to give a minimum 24 hour notice of entry to show any prospective buyer your rental unit, but I need to know if they are supposed to let the tenants know that the property is for sale.
